There are paparazzi pictures online of Coronation Street filming Carla Connor's wedding to Peter Barlow.
The pics show the cast and crew filming in Manchester as the couple shoot scenes for their upcoming wedding.
Carla, played by Alison King, is seen walking around with a white wedding veil around her head while wearing a pair of dungarees. Carla's bridesmaid looks set to be Michelle Connor, wearing a gold bridesmaid dress.

I realize Peter and Carla's wedding was not in a traditional church, but even so, isn't it customary for the best man and the bridesmaid (or maid of honour)to stand with them, and for the bridesmaid to walk down the aisle either ahead of or behind the bride? Michelle was dressed in that (OTT)long gold gown, after all. It just looked odd to see Carla hand off the enormous bouquet to Hayley. That's usually where the bridesmaid would be standing.
It was definitely non-traditional aside from the white dress!
