Roy is not best pleased that Hayley interfered. She might be doing it for the right reasons but Roy won't be helped, not that way. After all these years, he still doesn't realize that she worries and is there to support him, even if talking about his feelings doesn't come easy for him. He finally let it out, all his frustrations and the futility of having all those unanswered questions. It wasn't enough. Hayley's pushing and pushing him to get professional help. The latest sleepwalking incident could have turned out tragically. The straw that broke the camel's back. Looks like it took Fiz, someone a bit more removed from the situation to get Roy to finally go for help. That was the smallest and most cramped waiting room ever, all of the patients sitting practically cheek by jowl. It certainly didn't help Roy's state of discomfort that Beth was there winding him up and he fled the coop. Hayley bullied him back again for his own good.
Fay is lonely and feeling left out of the family. Pride goeth before a very lonely and hungry fall. How on earth can Faye possible get so dirty? She's not rolling in the mud like a four year old. And when she tried a beer to get something to drink? Has she never learned that water comes out of taps? She's a stupid prideful child and now that Mary's a nanny, is she now the go-to girl for troubled children? Why doesn't Faye go for school dinners? Does that cost extra? Mary has spilled the beans so it'll all come out now.
Owen handled Faye quite well, didn't he? He wouldn't be mad at her and Anna won't either but she sure lit into Tim and it wasn't his fault. Anna didn't believe Faye when she said Tim didn't know she was home alone. Well, ok, he should have gone to Anna himself rather than trusting Faye to do it. And Anna, since she's already attacked Tina in public, now she's obviously got a taste for it and she tore a strip off Tim on the doorstep too. Tim at least, admits he isn't very good at parenting and Faye realizes her dream of a perfect relationship with her dad isn't going to happen so she decided on her own to come home. I think he was secretly relieved. Anna can't leave well enough alone and wants Tim to leave town. Anna's making up for lost time, isn't she? Hovering over Faye. Meanwhile, Tim is feeling pushed around by Owen and seems to have decided to go. Anna is so mean to Tim, though, far more than is necessary.
Norris managed to grovel and apologize but he still made it all about him, didn't he? Norris is in major suck up mode now and now Emily has decide that she's going to give the house to Norris now before she dies. That settles it. She's just as capable of revenge as David and though this isn't as destructive as David's. I think she's up to something. Rita may even be in on it with her. Nobody believes Emily is giving Norris the house. Rita and Dennis are concerned Emily is doing the right thing but again, I'm positive Emily has something up her sleeve, especially talking about all the expenses that go along with owning a house.
Leanne is justified in being angry with Nick for being suspicious and jealous. She does have a history with Peter but she's not given Nick any reason to mistrust her now. David is absolutely delighted that his plan is working. Of all the people David reached out to, Tina? Well he's got to talk to someone. He won't confront Kylie because he'd have to admit it and break up with her and he thinks he could love the baby even if it isn't his or he doesn't know. He'd rather not know. I think under the circumstances it would be difficult to keep all that bottled up and stress isn't good for him. He told Tina he's going to get his revenge. She's going to figure it out, mark my words.
David has now taken his revenge to a 12 year old's level by keying Peter's car. David's work was well done, he thought. Keying the car caused lots of ructions between Peter, Leanne and Nick but it didn't dent Leanne and Nick and David's mood plummeted when that little trick didn't have the intended result. He launched a barrage of peanuts at Gail, taking it out on her and yet still nobody has guessed that he's figured out the secret. It was a creepy scene, though, wasn't it? Later, I really thought he was going to tell Kylie he knew when he was spewing his jealousy about Nick to her. Student night at the Bistro. Leanne was all gung ho and Nick didn't really share that enthusiasm. Having a reporter there gave David a new idea for mischief. Call the police and pretend there's drugs at the Bistro.
Kylie and Gail seem to be at a truce these days. Maybe a shared secret has given them insight to each other. David did apologize but Gail stood up to him. I really can't understand how David is going off the edge with so many signs and nobody spots the problem. Every time he gets annoyed, he goes off on another one. There's a big secret and why wouldn't you guess that he's found out? Now I wonder why they're putting David and Tina in each other's paths?
Tina's bottling it all up again and she's snapping at everyone. That's not good. Rita doesn't need to pay for a holiday, Tina should still have the balance of the baby cash, shouldn't she? There may be a spark between Sally and Tim. Come to think of it, they may be an ok couple. I thought Eileen was going to get some councilling long before now? And I thought she realized how much she needed it but she nearly backed out. Carla is still in the dumps about Rob but the knicker business is booming, even with out hotshot Rob.
Chesney is still using Sinead to get back at Katy and she would be better off running for the hills rather than getting involved in the middle of that. Sinead sure put Katy in her place, though. Ryan is pulling away from all that domesticity. Why would he want to go to the doctor's for a checkup for the little'un? Well he doesn't want to, does he, but he's too chicken to break up with Katy. Sinead is afraid Chesney still has feelings for Katy. He does. Or at least he's using her for revenge. He might act all nonchalant at the news that Ryan is cheating on Katy but you know he's bothered and he certainly showed it. Kirk thought it was important that Chesney know about Ryan. Why doesn't anyone think it's important for Katy to know? Chesney wasn't even going to tell her until pushed.
