They have put together a cookbook with recipes donated from their fan club members and are selling the books, $12 or two for $20 (Canadian). There are about 150 recipes in the book and it's quite a nice volume, with a coil spine so that it lays flat.
If you are interested in one for yourself or a Corrie fan that you know, please contact Darlene at corrielist@gmail.com. She or one of the other committee members will get back to you about payment and postage. They are a great group of people and dedicated Corrie fans.
